At Episodes of Wonder, each piece is carefully crafted and quality-checked before shipping.
• We do not offer returns or refunds unless there is a mistake from our side (such as a wrong item or a manufacturing defect).
• Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange requests submitted after 3 days will not be accepted.

Exceptions
• Returns or refunds are only applicable if the error was made by Episodes of Wonder.
• In such cases, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including clear photos of the issue.
